Had the potential to be great. I would have happily paid more $$ for better quality salmon. The salmon was low quality and was oversalted, and the hollandaise was extremely lemony. I love lemon, and it was too much for me. English muffin was crispy which I loved. Husband said his sausage was good. Overall,. I think breakfast could be much better. Stop using packaged ingredients and the restaurant could be great.
Went there for a brunch. The service was quick and nice. We got a Big Moon Burger. It was quite a large burger. It came with mayo, lettuce, tomato slices, pickles, and cheese. There were fries on the side. We also got a short stack of pancakes and loaded hash brown which were good. There was a motorcycle drive by that came in and filled the place up. The staff and kitchen managed to do well with the large influx of people. Overall, it was a great deal.
Got the chicken fried steak breakfast. Great value for what you get. I couldn't finish everything because the chicken fried steak is as big as plate! The sausage gravy was amazing and my over medium eggs were cooked perfectly to dip my buttery toast in! Highly recommend
For the price point, the food is great! I had eggs benedict. The eggs were cooked perfectly over-easy, the ham authentic, English muffin perfectly toasted. The hollandaise sauce could be better if made from scratch. The French toast was great as well. Whipped butter would have been better than melted. I did take my order to-go, so it may have melted in the packaging. I’ll be back! Thanks again Lil’ Moon and congratulations on your re-opening in this struggling post-Covid industry. I wish you the best!
