Taqueria Los Volcanes

I'm incredibly picky about which taco trucks I frequent and about 95% of the ones I've tried in the tri cities weren't good enough to go back a second time. I'm so glad I stopped at this place! They have hands down the best Mexican food and offer things that most taco trucks I've been to don't. Their asada fries are amazing, tamales are awesome, and their homemade guacamole is almost as good as mine. Almost. Lol. And they're reasonably priced for good sized portions.
They are also really nice people. My second visit there I pulled in just as they were closing up for the night but the guy offered to open back up if I wanted to order. I was starving and had drove like a bat out of hell to get there before they closed so I was extremely grateful that they were kind enough to stay what ended up being around 20 minutes past closing.
5 stars isn't a high enough rating for this place. They deserve all the stars.

The carnitas did not disappoint. Bonus, lots of grilled onions plus some fresh pineapple. Looking forward to my next visit

Ivan is a stand-up guy. The salsa is very good, some of the best I’ve gotten from a restaurant hands down. It went perfect with the asada tacos. Portion size for price is unbeatable.

Stopped here the other day after work just to try it out. Wow! This may be my new favorite food truck in town!
