So many healthy options: vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free; and multicultural: Thai, Vietnamese, Korean… We ordered the fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce, and Joe’s signature Ukrainian beef and tomato dish. We also sampled the wild Alaskan salmon chowder—wow! SO good. He goes the extra mile to source local ingredients, and charges a premium for the quality, as he should. Support this hardworking one-man shop. You won’t be disappointed!
