Castaways Restaurant Lounge

Finally a place that doesn’t rip off their customers with high beer prices!
We are new in town and everyone was friendly and it was a cool place to hangout.

Reading the reviews, are pretty fun. Yes this is a bar only, get over it. Yes we are kind of old on the outside, get over that too.
I found this place after mooring my boat in the marina 3 years ago, and I love this bar, and it's always 5 o'clock at Castaways.

Who ever said the owners write on folks cars, are crazy. Never happened, it's not even their parking lot it belongs to the marina, you should be complaining to them. Some fisherman probably wrote on your car because you took up one of the spaces for trailer parking (yes they do use felt pens for marking up fish catch records). Not acceptable, but probably what happened. Stick to the small parking spaces. There is also a ton of parking along the road.

Back to the Bar. Like I said, I love this place, it's the perfect format. Bring in your own hors d'oeuvres and share with others who have done the same. You will not meet as friendly a folk anywhere. There is a smoking gazebo outside and music and sports inside, and always a smile on the patrons and owners faces.

I was on a walk and randomly found this bar. I secretly hoped there would be a Wilson volley ball, but alas this place existed before the classic Tom Hanks movie with the same name (no ball). Staff and fellow patrons were friendly and the drinks... Stiff pour! The bar is in an isolated part of town but definitely worthwhile to stop in.

This place has great ambience. I went here for a Blues Jam on Tuesday March 20th - great music, friendly people, great service, lots of fun! Definitely worth checking out!
