Downriggers on the Water

Downriggers has a fantastic view of the harbor in Port Angeles, Washington.
Great service every time I've been there. They have a wide-ranging menu. It includes steaks to seafood. Their fish and chips are to-die-for. The steaks are very well prepared. They have a limited wine selection, but each of their wines is well chosen and has outstanding flavor. $$ inexpensive for the quality and service you receive.

Had their blackened salmon fettuccine. One of my party members stole from my plate!
It's a no-fuss place with reasonable prices and excellent food. The serving staff also handled my cantankerous grandfather wonderfully and we had a great experience.
Be sure to try their cobbler! ????????????

Great food. Our server was really nice and our food came out fast. She said I looked like her son that lived out of town. I thought that was sweet.. I'd eat there again .

We were looking for a kid-friendly spot for local seafood, and this restaurant was listed on Google, so we gave them a try. The kids liked the panoramic view of the harbor and the aquarium fish near our table, and there was plenty of food they liked on the menu. Service was FAST and our waiter was considerate and helpful. Everything was delicious.

Great people making great food with a great view on the water. Not pictured is one of the best clam chowders I've ever had! I often go just for that alone.
I had the best birthday meal, including a cake that is locally made. Staff is all so friendly and the sunset from the lounge was beautiful.
