First time ever having this style of food and it was absolutely great. Great chicken and lamb. They guy who runs it is super nice, friendly and outgoing. I would trust him with my wallet.

AMAZING food and service. The owner is a Syrian Christian, and his EXCELLENT support staff are Christian Latinos, so he is usually closed on Sunday and Christian holidays. Plan ahead and go during the week so you can enjoy some of the best Mediterranean food in Portland metro. No, I’m not joking. I used to live in Portland and this is the REAL DEAL. I highly recommend letting the owner choose your meal for you and allowing him to keep it traditionally Syrian. It’s their food, they know what they are doing. Trust me and trust him, you will have a great night. I’m a “regular” and go 2-4 times a month. That won’t change. Best spot in BG!

Super friendly, great gyros, best garlic fries! We stopped here for lunch because they had good vegetarian options, but the gyros were great. They were generous about substitutions to meet dietary restrictions for the salad, and the gyro was just great. The French fries were fantastic, they were wide but thin, meaning lots of delicious crispy surface area, and they had just the right amount of garlic.

We stopped in here to get a quick bite. Holy cow, the food was amazing!! Hummus, gyro, baklava, and schwarama were all delicious. The owner is so friendly and made us feel welcome as first timers. You can tell he has a great relationship with his regulars. You won’t be disappointed coming here!!

This place has great food and service. Order the pita special, garlic fries and hummus. All of it was delicious. Ended up with leftovers because we couldn't finish it all. The owner is super friendly. Definitely a new favorite restaurant.
