I didnt see any gluten free options. My grandson loved his sandwich.

This place was once a solid 5 stars for me. It still is sometimes, depending on who's working. Usually the staff is SUPER friendly and blindingly fast. Sometimes, however, I walk in and there's this one guy there, holding up a wall or playing on his phone, leaving some poor rookie to handle all the customers.

Sadly, this second scenario seems to happen more often than the first one. I think that for now on, when I walk in and the big dude is there, I think I'll just turn back around and go somewhere else.

Hope someone fixes that dude, because the rookie in there today looked absolutely MISERABLE and stressed to the max. Poor kid. Also, there was 4 other customers watching big dude playing on his phone while the other guy made sandwiches. It was hard to miss, considering he was leaning on the register, back to the door...

This to me is the best Jimmy John's in Vancouver. They seem to be the most consistent compared to the other ones in town. #9 Italian is my favorite.

Great place for a sandwich from a set menu. Read the menu carefully, if you don't want something on your sandwich or want something added, tell them immediately or you'll be handed your sandwich exactly as it is on the menu at the same time they hand you your change. Only 4 stars because they don't have yellow mustard except in those little packets.
