Considering It's Mill City BREW works, I knocked off a star because it's actually the worse beer I've had in a long time, and I worked as an alcohol distributor. The "Nitro" stout I had was completely flat before my first sip and it was hard to get through, and the Red IPA I had was no better, I wanted to like this place, but the scenery was bland/uninteresting, beer was less than good, and it took forever to flag someone down to be closed out. I will say the food was good, which carried the 3 stars, but I'm honestly surprised at how highly rated this place is. I'm glad I tried it, but I won't be coming back

Amazing time tonight at Mill City Brew Werks. We have been in half a dozen times and always had great food, drink and service. Tonight we attended a company event in the bar and the owner and staff couldn't have been more amazing. I work for a military organization and Mill City was gracious enough to host our event and take wonderful care of our folks. Hats off to the entire Mill City crew!

When trying a new brewery I always start with the burger and the pale. These are two staples that must be done right for me to go any further, and Mill City nailed both. Highly drinkable Pale ale, the nitro stout was a little thin, but had a great creamy flavor. The smoked blue cheese on the burger was unique and delicious, the bacon dip and house kettle chips were perfect. The mac n cheese is no slouch either. The best part was that the noise level allowed for comfortable conversation, go check it out
