Now... was my experience the best? No. Was that burgerville's fault? Also, no. Did burgerville make some tasty food and provide great service, absolutely. The employee was helpful and informative, the food hit the spot, and my children drove me a little crazy, but hey if I still managed to have a good experience despite that. I think it's worth mentioning. Plus the restaurant has a great space and feel to it. Best part of my day.

I love supporting Burgerville. Very addicting and the staff isn't head over heals for you but they get the job done, accurately and double check for napkins and sauces. This place is a 25 star compared to the McDonald's across the street. Pay the extra buck. Get a thick shake, get extra spread on your double burger for your fries to pick up and dig in.

Best halibut fish and chips for a fast food restaurant, this is what I've always ordered. The rest of the menu has proven to be quality food through the years. But for quality fish and chips on the go, you won't be disappointed.

So helpful at the ordering point for those of us who don't get to eat there often.
    Love the seasonal shakes!
Paired with rosemary fries! Such a great treat!

Decent burgers, the lettuce is limp & soggy, slips around and pulls out of burger when taking a bite. I wish they’d use a different lettuce. Something more crisp and fresh- iceberg or Romain maybe?
Lately the cashier has you choose what % tip you want to pay. Since when is a tip expected at a fast food joint!? And they don’t show you what button to press for “no tip” unless you ask. They make you feel obligated to tip them and it makes me feel uncomfortable. Burgerville is already pretty expensive and now their just getting greedy, pressuring people to add a tip.
