Super fun restaurant, great drinks and pretty decent food too... only slight downside is it's loud in here, glass windows and concrete floors make sound very boomy so maybe not the place for a first date or somewhere you really want to talk with your guest but overall it's wonderful

I couldn’t more highly recommend a hole in the wall charm to add to your regular spots list. Always good flavor, always fresh, predictably good service and taste - Ya Ya is one of my faves. Leave your politics and sports teams at home - the staff here cares about people. The owner rocks. I hope they weather the minimum wage garbage that WA is imposing for the short-sighted salvation of Seattle.

With over two decades of know how Cactus YA YA keeps us coming back for more! Their full bar and TEX-MEX menu excites the mouth with layers of flavor and authentic recipes. The ya ya rolls are a must. This east Vancouver restaurant never fails to excite. You can't beat the Al fresco fireside dining in the warmer months!

This has been one of my favorite places to eat for 15 plus years. When I moved to LA for work I would still stop here when visiting family. Great food. Great drinks. And consistent servers who give great service.

Went on a Friday during the lunch hour and it was bustling. Food was good, different atmosphere from your typical Mexican restaurant. Their complementary chips come with both salsa and a bean dip that were great. Their salad portion sizes were larger than expected.
