Chipotle Mexican Grill

Great, quality food and they have awesome vegan options for those who do and don't like spicy! I also loved the added benefit that they make your meal right in front of you so you can make sure there's no cross-contamination for people like me who get really sick if they come into contact with any dairy. It's one of the only fast food places I like

I like Chipotle, I wish I could like it more. Its relatively healthy, depending on what you get obviously. Its inexpensive. its quick. The problem is the meat, especially the beef, but the chicken also sometimes. I don't get the beef at all anymore, it's got big chunks of fat and gristle running through it , to the point where sometimes you have to make a choice, either gulp it down or spit it out. I'm not a fan of gulping down a wad of connective tissue and fat. I know they aren't slicing up prime filets in the back, and lower quality cuts of beef help keep costs down, profits up, chain franchise restaurant, blah,blah. that's fine, I get it. You got to trim the big chunks of fat and gristle off though people, seriously! Because the money you saved leaving it in? You lose when people don't come back!

If you have never been here.... try it! It is AMAZING! The workers are very fast and polite. Was my first time going to a chipotle and I will definitely go back! 10 stars

We were just charged for a veggie bowl. That "veggie bowl" contained beans and rice. $8 for a side of beans and rice. This place is a waste of money.

* edit: I appreciate the response from the Customer Care Coordinator. Still cannot believe the employee who charged two sides as a full bowl.
