    You need to give your employees some kind of incentive to want to work, and feel proud to be doing a good job. An Eye rolling waitress saying "yea do you know what ya want? Or do ya need more time?" is not even acceptable.
    First of all...your menu is way too large/long. You are a pancake house...stick to that concept, and shorten your menu if you want "snap decisions" on your menu items. Burgers and sandwiches are NOT your thing. YOUR THING IS PANCAKES and WAFFLES. Dont try to outdo other franchises...just do better at what you are. People love pancakes!!

    Sophia was so wonderful. The reason being, I wanted chicken strips without fries and she came back to say that she would charge for each strip and it will be cheaper to get it with fries. This will make me come here again because IHOP cares about the wroth of my money. Plus Sophia has a cute simile

    Fast super friendly staff. Delicious food! Country Omelette blueberry hot cakes and crispy bacon.
