K-Town Korean BBQ Restaurant

Good food and it's all you can eat with certain orders. As some all you can eat places are slow to bring you more food, they were not. We had all you can eat which was fun to cook at the table. We tried pork belly, Korean beef, Korean pork shrimp, vegetables. Staff was very attentive and helpful , service was was very good. Will go back. Want to try some other items on the menu that also sound so good ????????????

This is a hard one to rate. I honestly wanted to leave it with 2 stars. If not for the management and customer service I definitely would have. It seems to me they know who they are, and expect excellence in the service they provide. While that’s not what we received it was easy to identify the flaws and see that this place will be running smoothly in the future, specifically as us, the customers, better understand the process. With flashy street presence it’s hard not to notice this place. When you enter don’t expect to be greeted, just walk up front and find someone to add you to the list, it’ll be a very short wait. Unfortunately the serving staff is very under trained. While they were able to answer all our questions it took 45 minutes for our drinks to arrive, after our first round of meats. Additionally only half of our second order arrived after waiting for 30 minutes. Fortunately the manager took complete responsibility and rectified the situation. Also the owner(?) maybe GM, happen to ask about our experience as we left, he seemed attentive but intoxicated, but was able to explain plans to train the staff going forward. For now it’s a four star. I intend to revisit in a month or so and update this review. Hopefully not to a 2 star.

Food was good, a little on the pricey side. Being our first time we had no idea what was going on. The waitress was helpful and we received great service. We plan on going back for the all you can eat but not with our kids at over $25 a person. Thanks for a good time.

Came in with a friend around 8pm. Had a few requests that were forgotten until we reminded them. About to request another round of food, and was informed that they stopped taking orders 20 minutes prior to closing. Would be nice to have this piece of information prior to ordering another round of food. Customer service could use some improvement. Otherwise the food was good and the staff seem friendly.

Was excited to finally visit after waiting a long time. This place is much more spacious than the Portland location. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Our server Brandon gave us excellent service and served us in a timely manner. Would definitely go back again real soon and be served by the same server! We definitely had a fun night at K-Town KBBQ!
