This McDonald’s is one of the top two or three McDonald’s in the Vancouver/Clark County area. They barely ever send me forward to park and wait and if they do they give us a card for free fries. Their food is always to the standard it should be and I’m never disappointed. One thing though is if I order fries on DoorDash, I work just a few blocks away and they are always not hot enough by then but that’s not something I’ll cry about at night.
Had a craving for a juicy cheeseburger and was thoroughly disappointed. The quarter pounder with cheese was small and was sloppy assembled. The burgers almost NEVER look like the picture. I would have returned it but I used the drive through. However, the fries never disappoint. That's why I gave 3 stars.
Best burgers and my buns are never smashed. Love the new kiosks because it makes my custom orders so much easier. I can custom make my burgers without holding the line up and without the person behind the counter making mistakes. This location has the indoor playground and the facility is always clean due to a very attention staff. On one occasion, my food took a little more time, probably because of my custom order, and the staff kindly apologized and gave me a coupon for a free sandwich. I have also learned that this is the busiest McDonald's in Vancouver.
Clean and friendly atmosphere and food was good except ours was given away to another table. The cashier told customers, including me, that our food would be brought out once the order was completed, but no one was given a plastic table number, (there was a stack of them by the register) only their receipt. I watched employees walk around aimlessly looking for the right customer and looking at receipts or asking if that was their order/food while I'm sure the fries and food were getting cold. Bad idea.
