One of my favorite pho places in PNW. I always order the pho tai, which is tender, thin-sliced beef flank cooked in a flavorful hot broth with noodles. When I ordered it on a delivery app, the beef showed up perfectly chilled and I was amazed by how fresh it was. Even my boyfriend who usually hates meat was tempted (and our cat wanted a slice too!)
The restaurant’s ambiance is a little empty, and it doesn’t look like much from the outside but it’s a gem and the food is cooked with love.
They also told me it’s pronounced more like “Phuh Lay” (not Foe Lee) but I digress, this food is delicious.
Note: The rare steak slices are supposed to be cooked in the broth so don’t be shocked when you order delivery, the beef should be raw! Just heat your broth to around boiling and drop some slices in. It’s so thin, it cooks right away and warms the soul ????❤️????????
Best food and customer service.
So a friend recommended this place for their pho, then decided to give it a try. I ordered beef pho and the portion was huge and tasted so delicious. The broth was flavorful, the staff was friendly and attentive. Definitely will come back.
Very good Pho restaurant. They're willing to modify your order - no fish balls, extra vegetables, no noodles - it's your call. They now offer Bahn Mi sandwiches too. Friendly staff and prompt service. Easy parking and great location.
