Sonic Drive-In

Fun concept, decent burgers and tots, quick service... A little overpriced. Really enjoyed the cherry limeade.

I'm writing this review for the night manager, whose name I didn't get. I was upset because, for the umpteenth time, I ordered something a special way, which cost extra, I had received the item without the extra thing. And this time, it didn't even have the normal amount and I guess that was the straw that broke the camel's back because I finally called - all hot - and she was receptive, apologetic, and accommodating. And the next time I came, I got exactly what I asked for. I could tell she cared about the customer experience, even if some of the other employees don't. Knowing they'll possibly continue to get it wrong, believe it or not, she kept my business and I'll be back.

The speed of service and the quality of food are both pretty good here. But the problem I have is they never get my order right. We've been there twice within the last 30 days and both times my order was messed up, one of those times we were overcharged.

Love love love Sonic! The service is fast, and friendly. Food is always delicious. Tip you hopper!! They deserve it, even just a buck. So satisfied every time I've eaten here.
