I always adore my baristas! They are so pleasant here.

Covid ready - one first around here. Super friendly staff, that remembers your name. The good coffee is almost an afterthought.

I like it there, I found this cool girl with a squirrel it's so amazing to watch her and the squirrel, even I tried to feed it alone, squirrel would never come to me.. and the girl got out, the squirrel come right to her... HOW COOL WAS THAT AND THE SQUIRREL IS SMART... I know her face but I don't know her name. She comes here almost everyday I think. Starbucks got some cool animals here and cool people!!

I rated this store as five stars for it’s staff. They make you feel home by the quality of service and friendliness. Also, I admire them and Starbucks in general for the way they deal with the homelessness “Crisis”. This place in Downtown, homeless people hang out close to the location, they buy coffee.
It’s tough to maintain a balance between keeping the customer safe and comfortable and still being compassionate with transients. Definitely better than Black Rock coffee, better coffee, better trained employees, and more compassionate staff.
