we heard of this place from my partners co worker. So we thought we would give it a try. I’m so glad we did!!!! The atmosphere was calming. The staff was very friendly and attentive to are needs 😃😃 the lady that sat us was amazing very informative, I didn’t get her name but loved her hair.🤣🤣🤣Doug the bartender was fabulous and so was the hostess.. you guys are off to a great start I wish you loads of success!!!!! And we will be back.
This a nice quiet place with exceptional service, good food and well crafted drinks. I only gave 4 stars out 5 because I was disappointed, actually, was shocked at the size of the Artichoke spinach dip appetizer. I should have taken a picture. Plenty of pita bread but the dip itself came in such a small bowl it was like a glorified ramekin. For the cost it should have been much, much larger. That being said, everything else was proportioned in a generous and satisfying amount. All of the dishes at our table were delicious, plated beautifully, and food was ready quickly. A nice place to get a meal, no question.
Third time coming to Stonewood. Thought we would try dinner instead of appetizers and drinks. Brought friends to celebrate a birthday. Ordered $40 rib steak. It was fair and no salad for the price. Steamed broccoli and mashed potatoes. Birthday girl had the prime rib $35; which she ordered medium to medium rare. No pink on it at all. Also ordered was fish and chips which were both dripping in grease. Not a very good experience.
We visited Stonewood today for the first time for both breakfast and dinner. For breakfast, we ate at the restaurant and it was fabulous. Our waiter was super friendly and the bartender was great. The biscuits and gravy was definitely the highlight of our meal. For Dinner, we chose takeout and it was delicious! I had the fettuccine Alfredo and my husband had the rib eye, and we both were extremely satisfied with our meal. Like breakfast, the staff was friendly during pick up and it didn’t take long (15 min). I’m so happy we now have a decent restaurant in out area!
I love French dip sandwiches. this one has 1 of the best I have had. The owner Tammy was a hands on owner which I so appreciate in the restaurant business. The place seemed really comfortable guests even compared notes on their food and other great places to dine. All in all was a great experience. I look forward to trying some of the other dishes. Maybe breakfast on the weekends I heard the country fried steak was really good.
