The Cove Restaurant

I finally made it down to try out this brunch menus and wasn’t disappointed. The food was great and our server Annie was friendly and very on top of things. We had the Halibut fish and chips and the macadamia nut crusted halibut both were great. The hand cut steak fries and coleslaw really made the dish stand out from other basic fish and chips. The homemade biscuits were delicious so your self a favor and order them to start out. I can’t wait to come back in the summer time and eat outside. It’s nice to see people and business back !!!

The Cove is my new favorite Vancouver spot-
I took my friends for brunch and it was a culinary delight!
The food was amazing-the biscuits were to die for.
The craft cocktails are so wonderfully curated. I chose the Floral Intentions with my brunch and it was the perfect choice to compliment my meal.
Everything was fresh and perfectly seasoned. The service was exceptional and the menu was thoughtfully executed. I will be back and highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone that wants to experience food, atmosphere and service at its finest! What a fantastic addition to the local waterfront area - highly recommend! My family and I enjoyed our meal and our overall dining experience. There was a great selection on the menu and the food and drinks were all delicious! All of the service was highly attentive. Our server, Allie, was excellent and a joy to interact with. It's obvious she is passionate about her job and the restaurant. We enjoyed the ambiance and the views. Location is excellent and we enjoyed a stroll on the walking path after lunch. Will absolutely return to the Cove!

We absolutely love it here and the staff are always professional and friendly. We were in today for a birthday lunch and Allie was perfect! She suggested a great drink and my chicken grinder sandwich which was so yummy, I wanted to order one for the road. The Oceanic Manhattan is a must if you’re a Old Fashion type! Oh, get the butter cake for dessert and you may want to come back and thank me!

Such a great night! You would never know this was their second day of business. I am a stickler for service and they nailed it! Our server WILL was fantastic. Real, which we love, very and. attentive. Oh and the food delicious! Cheers to continued success with The Cove and The Hammond! 🥂
