    One stop for healthy meals and fitness supplements! These guys are friendly, professional and very knowledgeable! They offer smoothies, lunch, personalized planned meals and more! Thank you guys for taking care of me!

    This place is the supplement/nutrition punch Wenatchee needs. Awesome friendly staff that are driven for excellence. They won't try to cramp sups down your throat like GNC and they have a great selection of products that are endorsed by this generations fitness enthusiasts. They have a fantastic shake bar with great options that are low carb, vegan and health conscious friendly. Check this place out before you go anywhere else.

    Way better supplements than GNC!!! Shake bar has delicious nutritious drinks. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Would recommend to my family and friends. A lot of options that range from bodybuilding to weight loss. There are even Vegan friendly options for those who are Vegan. They even offer Meal Prep Kits for someone who wants to start meal prepping. Very glad to finally have a local business that offers healthy options for a healthy lifestyle. This is definitely something the Valley needed.
