It's a quaint hole in the wall place. It's Italian food and taste amazing. It's quite and would make a good date spot. I'm look forward to eating here again

I really enjoyed this restaurant. A friend wanted to come here for her birthday. I had mushroom ravioli and it was lovely and two glasses of wine. The waitress was great too. It's a very small joint, but that's kinda what I love about it. Extra cute seating in the front window area.

We found this hidden gem in downtown Pasco, WA this Easter and were fortunate enough to enjoy their brunch. The lamb chops were cooked perfectly rested on a bed of braised carrots, brussel sprouts, and gnocchi topped with a fried egg. My wife had Belgian waffles with triple berry. This is exactly what Tri Cities needed is a family owned Trattoria in the most unique part of town. If you're looking for a high end dinner with a warm atmosphere look no further than Caio Trattotia in downtown Pasco and enjoy the best meal you've had in the Tri Cities.

Ditch the line elsewhere. Check out Caio Trattoria! Authentic food, attentive service & a welcoming vibe. It’s a must for Italian and Mediterranean. Truly a phenomenal addition to the downtown. Spicy Baked Mostaciolli is always incredible.

Great dinner. Great atmosphere. It’s a small restaurant but very family vibe, opposite of a chain restaurant which is great in the Tri. Wine selection was small, but high quality. I had the lavender/Prosecco as well as a bottle of red wine. The flatbread was good, chicken fettuccini even better. Jalapeño Mac and cheese had plenty of heat! It could have been a little warmer but the quality of the ingredients was great and and interesting twist on a classic dish. Tiramisu for dessert was very good. It was subtle on the coffee notes but the texture and flavor was on point and we enjoyed it greatly. It truly is refreshing to find a restaurant in East Pasco spearheading in a direction so different from what one would typically find and doing it in a manner which one would find in a small mom and pop shop in Italy. I hope they can find the reach needed to bring in a consistent clientele and we look forward to coming here more often.
