Delicious! I'm gluten free and dairy free and they were able to make the corn tortillas without wheat flour and dishes without cheese. Gracias!
My mother-in-law and I had lunch here. We both had the chicken enchilada special for the day. Everything tasted freshly made. I've had many enchiladas, and these were some of the best.
Order in the attached bodega, and they bring drinks and food to you in the restaurant. Great service.
So glad we stumbled on this place while passing through the town! Its an awesome little Mexican grocery bodega and also a restaurant (take out) with amazing/authentic Mexican food! We ordered the tacos and burritos and everything was amazing. The vibe is that of a community hub and they care about their customers. Will definitely be stopping by again for dinner next time we pass through!
It may not look like much more than a convenience store from the outside, but that is where I've often found my favorite restaurants, this one included. For my family's palate, this is the BEST Mexican food in Grant County HANDS DOWN. Their carnitas, chile rellenos, and enchiladas are insanely popular with my family. We love their pico de gallo so much we buy it to go (the addition of cabbage is not traditional locally but the crunch it adds is perfection). The tortillas (and everything else) are made from scratch and it's obvious from how soft and delicious they are. I no longer live in the area and everytime I come back this is where I want to eat. I can't say enough good things about the ladies in the kitchen at Mi Cocinita and the exceptional Mexican food they create, it's my idea of food heaven.
This is hands down the best Mexican restaurant in Ephrata and Moses Lake combined.
I have eaten at every Mexican restaurant and a few taco trucks around this area and this place is a true hidden Gem.
My gf and I ordered extra guacamole and she made it fresh, the esada tacos were super 😋 good. Perfect seasoning.
We each got the Esada meal @ $15 and the price is unbeatable. The meat was perfect, the refried beans tasted fresh, and the rice was even seasoned, the guacamole was spot on, the Pico had the right amount of lime/lemon ratio, the flour tortillas were spot on. It's as if I had taken a trip back to Mexico 🇲🇽
My gf and I loved the food and we will definitely be back.
