The food experience was excellent! And our waitress was very prompt and courteous. But found it really unprofessional of the hostess to start talking bad about customers to other staff as soon as they would check-in and walk outside to wait for there tables. "Literally" directly in front of other customers definitely see a training opportunity here. Might return at a later date maybe after the hostess understands customer service a little bit better.

First time here. We were in the dinning room and our ability to talk to each other has okay, but the music volume was just a bit loud. The songs played were wonderful, but the room has an echo effect. Once people came in and all the other tables were filled, with moving chairs, talking, etc. it became (collectively) way to loud. On the way out of the restaurant, we stopped by the bar area. It was very comfortable, noise wise.

WHEN WE RETURN, and we will, we'll sit in the bar. Other then the noise level, everything was wonderful.

Solid, classic American fare of burgers and fries, fish and chips, some salads and so on. Nice, brioche-like burger buns. Very good iced tea, weak bar drinks but cold beer. A regular lunch spot for our family when in town. A smile goes a long way with the employees who do their best to keep you in good spirits without being annoying.
Why not 5 stars? Um, on a recent visit, a slightly underdone chicken on a burger was a lil worrisome, and the parking lot is a bit tight in a couple areas. Otherwise good, and worth a visit.

My fiance and I took our friends out for lunch. I got the burger of the month but found that it didn't have too much flavor in the burger itself. Also I ordered a mock a Rita on their summer menu which had redbull instead of tequila. They salted the rim but I really would suggest they sugar it because the drink itself was so incredibly salty plus the salted rim just made it awful to finish. I will say the service was great and everyone who helped us was attentive.

The food was excellent to qualify I've only had the Bonzai Pipeline. Service was great the prices were fair and the fries bottomless. Their fry sauce was as good as any I've had. When you go I hope you like rock music. 😁 I will definitely go again next time I'm in Moses Lake.
