Amazing place! We were in the city for a short time and were (VERY) luck to find this place!! Food is great and good size! We tried the quesadilla and chicken tacos!
Homey Mexican restaurant with amazing homemade corn tortillas, so soft and delicious. I got the street tacos with lengua and cachete, both wonderfully tender and silky in texture. My partner got the bacon-wrapped shrimp, and the verde sauce was so tasty. Service was friendly and prompt even though we showed up close to closing.
I really like this restaurant. The food is good and the staff is fantastic. When we ordered food today, they were more than accommodating, even though it was less likely that we would tip because we were ordering to go. I also love the cozy feel there. We'll have to eat in next time.
I am changing my previous review, which was much better than this one. I still love their Shrimp Micheladas. Super good. Dang good.
Last time we went it was fantastic. And I was surprised at some of the reviews talking about greasy. I thought they were crazy. Well... Went again, and this time was awful. No flavor on the rice and beans. None. My bacon wrapped shrimp ($20 dollar plate) was over done in the fryer, that or the fryers need cleaned. I took a couple bites, then boxed it up. Im not a complainer...I paid for it.
My wife had the same beeria tacos which looked amazing. However... The sauce they brought was a separated, oily greasy, gross mess.
We were disappointed. This staff was not the same as our last visit not sure if that would be a reason for the difference.
We will be back again to try it once more.
The Micheladas are what will bring us.
But if the food comes out like it did this time, we will go next door and I wont be paying.
It was BAD!!!
We drove from Ritzville specifically for dinner there.
Not sure why my enchiladas looked like they came out of a Dr. Seuss book…. It taste fine, but the presentation threw me off. I compared their salsa verde bottle to salsa on my enchiladas
