Gene's Stop and Go

I only got the hamburger but I added bacon and I got frots. Fries and tater tot’s. But the first I ever tried this place and it’s honestly sooo delicious. Will definitely be coming here more often!????

We just bought a house here in Monte and are trying all the local places. The wifey and I both agree this is our favorite. Definitely coming back for another Barnyard Burger.

They also have a trash can shaped like a soda bottle and I love that. But mostly the burgers are delicious.

Good food and service. Prices are not cheap but I feel fair for the care and quality in the food and service they deliver. Fresh ingredients and all burgers are made with 1/4 pound patty (I prefer a thinner smaller patty hence the one star removed).
The best fry sauce and sauce they call “goop” on the burgers. Love the crinkle cut fries they were perfect. ****This place is pristinely clean inside and out, which isn’t something I would normally comment on but it has to be the nicest kept burger “drive-in” restaurant I have ever seen.****

This is the perfect place to step off the beaten path and get some local flair. The food is great. The owners and staff are pleasant. The locals are polite. This place is definitely worth the stop. I give the burgers and special dipping sauce 5+ stars

We're so glad this place opened! They have the best soft serve I've had in a long time. Their small sundaes are far from tiny! Their fries are crispy and tasty. We order the grilled cheese sandwiches because we're vegetarians. They're specially seasoned and very yummy. Every small town needs a stand like this! There's no indoor seating but there are nice tables outside. Kids enjoy drawing with the sidewalk chalk that the owners provide. This is a popular place to bring your kids for a treat!
