Hongkong garden

Above average Chinese food that reminded me of my family's go-to spot years ago (a little joint called Panda Palace in Bothell that I will always remember lovingly) and more than fair prices were enough to make me a repeat customer. The friendly staff, top-notch bar, and damn fine view from the deck are what really set Hongkong Garden apart in my mind. If you find yourself on the South-end of Whidbey, swing by and check it out, you will not regret it!

I came here the other day. This restaurant has so much potential. I ordered the kung pao beef. I like spicy. The waitress disappeared, never asked how the food was. I just wanted to say, the dish was TOO vinegary. it over powered the dish, the rest of the food i ordered was fine. Just please change the dish and it should be fine.

This was our first time here since new owner took over. Prices comparable, service was good. The food was very good with quite a large menu. Will go back.

This restaurant has always had its location going for it - spectacular views of the mainland and the Cascades over the Saratoga passage. The food was excellent and the prices very reasonable. The staff was friendly and attentive. Apparently, the management has changed in the last year and it really shows. I was impressed.

Was pleasantly surprised by this place. Ordered vegetarian spring rolls, pork chow mein, and orange chicken. It was all good food. Service was attentive and friendly enough. I did hear that the restaurant is now under new management and they are planning to do quite a bit of remodeling, which would make it that much better. I'd recommend giving it a try.
