    First off the owner is a very nice guy, very nice little waitress. The food is very good. The noodles are premade which is a bummer but the broth is 5 stars, very solid. Even with the premade noodles the flavor is on par with some of the best ramen shops ive been too. I would recommend them 100%. Now...the beer...AMAZING absolutely fantastic selection of japanese beers that in my opinion blow U.S. beers out of the water

    Their ramen is so good, we can’t eat it anywhere else now. Also the owners are so nice and remember everyone who comes in by name. Dennis grew up in Japan and said he makes his ramen the way he used to eat it growing up. So so good.

    This is about as authentic as you can get on the island. The look and feel of the place are on point with Japanese atmosphere (lived in Japan for 3 years). Reason I'm going for 4 stars is because I feel that there is just something missing from the ramen broth, one minor flavor, but I can't pinpoint what it is.
