The first time I ordered online, there was confusion with my order. I waited for about 30 minutes and by the time I got my food, it needed microwaved.
I decided to try this place again, and the second time they nailed it. Food came out quick and fresh and it's amazing.
If you're a fan of Raisin' Cane's, you'll like this place.

The food here is pretty decent. I had the spicy chicken tenders and they were decent.My favorite thing were the fries. I had the Mac and cheese because everyone said they loved it but i didnt care for it. It might just have been my batch.

Hey this is a really nice and upcoming restaurant. Everyone is complaining about wait time should be more patient and stop bashing. It’s a new restaurant there’s hype for it and it’s trying to make its foot hold and you guys arnt helping. They are amazing and work very hard. They are running the restaurant not for themselves for the people here in town. I read the owner has two jobs we should be more great full to this wonderful place. Really good food and more options then I expected. They get out fresh hot food as quick as possible. I was having a pretty bad day and they went out of there way to get me a drink on the house and write a joke for me on a note. They are caring people and have really good food. Thank y’all for reading this review hope you enjoy your food :)

This place is Amazing!! Chicken is fantastic, crack sauce is amazing. I am so glad Oak Harbor has a fantastic chicken place similar Canes and Zaxby's. Highly recommend. If this place was open for lunch it would make a killing.

only gripe is the price to food ratio on the Mac & Cheese seems a little off compared to the other menu items.

Although there was a bit of a wait for our food tonight we patiently waited for this NEW and upcoming business to fulfill our order. Upon getting our food we were first greeted by the delicious smell of southern fried chicken that made me pine for my days living in Georgia, hot lazy summers and gentler times. Our food was hot and crispy despite the time waiting and boy was it tasty! We got the crack sauce and it was so good I would put that on anything! Subtly spicy, creamy and made with love. The Mac and cheese was gooey deliciousness and I want the recipe! Fries were fluffy inside crunchy outside as they should be. It was a hit for my family and my husband was really excited to finally have some good southern food on the island. We are confident things will get better as this business has been open for less than a month and can only grow from here. We definitely will become regulars! Thank you Hale’s kitchen for bringing good Southern food and nostalgia to the island, I missed it.
