If I could give Finistère 6 stars I would. Local, humble foods are prepared using haute cuisine techniques, making the most mind blowing comfort foods. I highly recommend the Chef's Tasting Menu: four courses served family style for $50 per person. Everything is lovingly prepared and plated. If you feel like splurging, the wine pairing is worth every cent.

With a bistro type feel Finistère has a warm and inviting atmosphere. The waitress made a specialty tea blend of peppermint, chamomile and ginger for me. The buttermilk pancakes I ordered were surprisingly delicious, thick, light and fluffy with a slight crisp outer edge. Topped with actual real maple syrup made the dish perfect.The eggs in purgatory was very flavorful and paired well with grilled sourdough toast. The prices were reasonable and the staff was very attentive at topping off the beverages. This is definitely a must try place to visit.
