The only reason I didn't give Bourbon Jack's 5 stars is because I had to wait 50 min for my meal and when I got it you could tell it was thrown together: my steak was so small compared to other plates that I seen while waiting for my food. The salad that comes with the meal is usually really nice, but this time all I got was lettuce in these huge chunks and blue cheese dressing, no croutons, tomatoes, red onions, just lettuce! Usually the food is very good but if you go here hungry and you order the Tuesday night special, you'll leave still hungry!!!
Bourbon Jack's has a pretty chill atmosphere. In the front they have a couple arcade games and some TV's that usually play sports. They have 4 dart boards and 2 pool tables. During their karaoke nights they usually have a full crowd and everyone has a good time. The one thing I really want to touch on is their food. The burgers are some of the best bar burgers I've ever had. I personally haven't had their dry aged flat ironed steaks but I was told they are good as well. I would recommend this bar for anyone looking for a nice Friday night.
My SO's co-workers have had a few gatherings here. Atmosphere is pretty good and staff is pleasant. During the most recent visit we learned that the mechanical bull was gone and there was now karaoke. One of the reasons I didn't mind coming here was the opportunity to watch drunk people ride the bull but now you just get to listen to the drunk people sing. Karaoke DJ was decent. Food is good. Hot stone steaks are nice and the bar is better lit now so you can actually see what you're doing.
Amazing steak bites that you grill yourself on a grill plate. Bartender didn't know bourbon was a style of whiskey, seems like that should a requirement of the job. Place needs a better bourbon selection.
Great Karayoke, good prices, and an all around great country type bar. Only been there once, but if they have swing and line dancing it would make me love it even more. We had a great time here. The pool tables and cues are possibly the best shape I have ever seen.
