Burger Addict Mobile (USDA Prime)

Are you looking for a different burger experience. Unfortunately I can't review without a rating, hence the average rating. I don't know the owner and haven't eaten here...yet! I'm hopeful my rating will change once I have. I love the set up...outside picnic table seating, train watching, short walk to downtown Auburn or if you're Sounder train riding and want to grab a bite, its a short walk as well. The owner has even set up a dine-in trailer for the colder, wetter months. It simply looks like an intriguing must try.

I ordered the Pastrawesome burger! It lives up to the raves I've been hearing since I moved here in October 2019. I will definitely be going back again to try some of the other offerings. The service was terrific. The burger (the only thing I've tried so far) was fantastic! I highly recommend eating at the Burger Addict!

Would have given 5 stars but, i like more pickles. Who'd a thunk garlic aioli to dip tater tots!?! Fantastic! The meat is beyond good. Kind of an odd place for a burger joint but unique, friendly and really tasty.

I'd had delivery from another Burger Addict location but never had a chance to see the trailer in person, so when we found ourselves in the Auburn area we knew we had to stop in. My delivery experience was already outstanding, but the food on location was even better.

We had the Pastrawesome and The Natural, both of which I'd had before and they were still excellent. I don't usually like concept burgers but the Pastrawesome is next level, definitely try it. The Natural is so consistently tasty, the quality of the locally sourced meat really comes through in the flavor. We decided to try the Whole Hog as well, as we were so curious about bacon sauce. I can't even describe it, beyond that it's amazing and you won't be disappointed. I also have to shout out the Burger Addict cheese, it's a unique experience that you should definitely have more than once.

The staff was so pleasant, and we met the owner/chef Marcus. He's super knowledgeable and has a unique approach to food, produce and his concept. I didn't know that he had Michelin stars from his work in Europe, that was a cool tidbit to learn, and it shows.

I have been to Burger Addict on a couple of occasions now and both times I was nothing less than stoked with my meal. Their burgers are very high quality and you can tell the meat is fresh ground daily at first bite, they're almost as good as my homemade burgers but that is hard to beat :) They have a simple menu so you're not browsing through several pages trying to decide what you want, why dabble in everything if you could specialize in one?
I highly recommend giving these guys a shot if you're looking for a great burger at a great price. A+
