Been Working across the street for about 4 years, have always used JJ for lunch at prior employers,
At the beginning they were on POINT!!! Now 4 years later, they have gone DOWN DOWN DOWN!! Sandwiches are sloppy, half the meat there used to be. I do not think they even cook the bacon, Normal Mayo is now NO mayo, and Extra mayo is more mayo than in the Costco Mayo bundles, Reaping the reward system is not a thing, constant errors and not allowing me to get my free drink or chips for MONTHS after Many Many Sandwich purchases. Adding notes for the employees does nothing cause they wont read it and if they do, no comment. Not sure what happened but i can no longer justify buying here. Plus, Jersey mikes is right across the way and for the same exact price, WAYYYYYY BETTER!!!!! and WAYYY more food. :) happy food hunting.

I order from time to time from this location. Typically no issues. Today, the delivered the wrong sandwich. So, I called the store to ask if they could add to my file that I can't have a certain item. Not only did they do this but with in just a few minutes they had the correct sandwich out to me and had me keep the old one. Which in turn made one of my employees very happy. Great work team! Keep it up!
