    Should improve customer service
    Also, I understand sometimes they do not get each and every item, it has been 10 days since then i have not received the refund.
    The customer care number number on the website never gets picked up

    I like it. Has a makings of a business about to become successful in future. The website could be made more user friendly including only shopping by store. But otherwise very convenient and always good offline experience.
