Was excited to see they had beef ribs, flavor was good but a bit toothsome for me. BBQ sauce needs some work. Baby back ribs dry and overcooked did not care for them at all. Potato & Mac salad are from Sysco, no reason not to make homemade. Cornbread ehhh! Only reason I gave 3 stars is the place was clean and the girl up front was pleasant.
You want to survive ya better step it up. Won't be going back.
Interior/ cleanliness: 5 star. A nicely sports theme interior. Staffs are keeping everything clean
Staffs/service: 4 star. It's a fast-food style bbq place. I won't expect much. They are trying to help, one staff help the lady in front of me for like 10 mins for her big orders. Yes they can use a smile, but it was a busy lunch hour. I think it's totally acceptable that they rather get things done quick than smile and chat about weather with customer.
Food/price: 4 star. I haven't been in Texas long enough to tell you if this is authentic or classic bbq, but I can tell you that the beef ribs were juicy, meat was tender and sauce is good. Chili was tasty enough (Costco does have a better one if you ask me). Maybe slightly pricy.
Overall it's a good bbq place. I will come back and try other meats when I get a chance.
3Pigs is delicious. The BBQ sauce is so good. I always get the piglet sized pulled pork sandwich. Then we split a side of corn on the cob because it's cut in half. It's so good but kind of a huge dinner really. I like how soft their buns are. The place is very sports themed as well. There's a lot of memorabilia on the walls. The other sides aren't like I like it back home in North Carolina. The BBQ isn't one of the NC styles, but it's Texas clearly not NC style, so I'm fine with it.
Great customer service. Nice clean restaurant. I had the combination plate.
A work colleague recommended this place to have BBQ. So my friends and I stopped by for a feast. I like the lean beef briskets, pork spare ribs, and sides. The cornbread was on the hard, crusty side, but everything else was flavorful. The customer service was fast and professional. Bathroom and eat area are clean. I'd come again to try out a different dish.
