My wife and I had an amazing dining experience at Carmine’s last night with our awesome server, Luis. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday, and she is still raving about the food, the wine, and the great time that we shared.

I had an insider’s tip that we should let Luis guide and advise us on our menu and wine choices - and he knocked it out of the park! Best eggplant parmagianna and gnocchi that either of us had ever eaten, and every single dish we had was superb. He even accommodated my wife’s shellfish allergy and created an amazing array of beef, fish, and chicken pasta dishes and entrees. When you go to Carmine’s, ask for Luis! You won’t regret it. Our server Ian was amazing! So friendly, animated, courteous and always smiling! The food was so delicious annnnd wonderfully cooked. I really liked that the whole staff smiled and greeted you as you walked by.

Bret and Roberto did a fantastic job. The recommendations were on point and they provided an unforgettable Valentine's day experience for my wife and I. The food is always great here as are the drinks. This is my go-to place in Bellevue for special nights and celebratory occasions.

I eat here a lot since I work close by. I got to say the service is always awesome and they keep the spot well kept all the time. Pricing is reasonable and they serve big portions.

Beautiful restaurant, excellent wait staff and the most incredible short ribs! Well worth it. Wife and I went for a special occasion. She was impressed! They really take care of you, extremely attentive.
