Dumpling & Noodle

It is a delight to see restaurants like this recreate traditional delicacies from China. However, it must be noted that the steamed dumplings were priced at more than 1$ each (13$ for 12.) The beef noodles don’t really hit the price tag they fetch as well, especially because the noodles are way too soft for my liking. However, I still think the food was at the very least, likable.

I notice this place while walking to bellevue library so decide to try it during lunch. Overall I probably won’t back again. The food is OK level, if I rate it in China it’ll be a level just a small place beside the road, not good not bad. But the price is little bit over estimates, I totally spend ~$70 for me and my two young kids and I still not feel full. Normally I can get enough food in Dough Zone with 70 for three of us. Plus, they have a small problem, the 2nd floor is too hot due to the steam from their kitchen, and seems like they can’t resolve this issue in short term. Although their service is very nice, but I probably won’t be back. So I rate it 3 star here.

Excellent eats. I'm surprised at all of the negative reviews. We had a party of 6 that was seated quickly. Service was polite and friendly. We tried quite a few items and enjoyed them all. Including the fresh cucumber appetizer, steamed dumplings, pork baozi, beef noodles and chicken fries rice. I would say the chicken fried rice was a little on the sweet side for my taste but all of the food was fresh. This place is very accommodating for a small gathering of people for a family style sharing experience. I'll defintely be returning.

Lunch 7 August 2019. Still soft opening I think. Had beef noodle soup. Requested mildly spicy. Great broth, flavorful beef. Good service
