Just had drinks on a Saturday night. The service was awesome, our waitress was very caring. We ended up not having food there as my friend has some dietary restrictions and this place couldn’t accommodate her. The waitress let us know which was good for my friend, appreciate that she didn’t let us order the food without telling us.

I was at Bellevue location.
I didn't give 5stars coz the service is slow.
That's why my food was to-go today.
Person taking my order was very sweet gal.
As you can see I ordered lettuce wraps for myself. There was less Chicken & more of diced fruit of some kind I'm guessing apples, I had it for the first time today & it's really good, but id like it with more chicken pieces if possible.
They are a little on the sweeter side , so omit putting the sweet sauce. I like it with spicy chilly sauce. My food was fresh, nicely packed.
I love their fortune cookies & they actually taste good.
Come here with lots of time in your hands .

We booked a table for 5.30 (in person). On arrival there were a few people waiting to be seated. The Hostess was less than welcoming and couldn’t find our reservation which was frustrating. After a few tedious back and forth about “another name” etc etc she eventually agreed to seat us. Unfortunately at a table right next to the double doors which were open. We requested another table as it was cold. Again the Hostess was less than pleasant (I’m being kind), and informed us quite tersely that all the other tables were booked. We asked if she could try to find us a table away from the door, and she clearly wasn’t happy to accommodate us. She went back to the desk and returned a few minutes later to seat us in another table. Her whole attitude was off, and she was extremely impolite.
Our server was a lovely young woman who was attentive and welcoming. Hence the 3 stars as the first young woman Hostess was a zero.
We have frequented OF Chang’s for years but our experience in Bellevue WA has been awful.
Our thoughts are: we work extremely hard to earn our salary, and we decide to spend that hard earned money in places that make us feel welcome. To feel that your an inconvenience to a young woman with no manners is not a choice we will make again. Employing these young folks into the service industry with no experience will see business fail.

This PF Chang's restaurant was absolutely great. The waitress was a super funny woman and we had our drinks full the entire time. The bathrooms were clean in the atmosphere was grand. Thank you PF Chang's for a great experience especially at your earliest opening hours.

Very busy night because it’s the evening before Christmas Eve and right before snowflake lane. We found two seats in the bar and the bartender was amazing even tho she was super busy! All of them seemed to keep things under control! Not sure how service in the dining is but bar service was 5/5. And the food was prompt and yummy!
