Pizza was really good, the customer service on the other hand inside the store was not.

A young male employee with black hair and glasses that approximately 5'8 and 160lbs was standing at the front counter and would not greet me or acknowledge I was standing there.

I waited approximately 2-3min before I said," am I going to get some service or not?"

He just looked at me and went back to whatever he was doing at the time.

A male employee who was working on a pizza actually greeted me and said someone will be with you shortly.

The young male employee should get re-trained in customer service 101.

Ordered wings, they were relatively good but it took forever even though we ordered in advance for them to be ready for pickup.

Great pizza crust with ample toppings. It makes a good meal. Phone orders are easy

Place is pretty dated with a look that hasn't been updated in at least 15 years. I wouldn't recommend eating in at all. The pizza and wings were pretty spot on for Pizza Hut, have definitely had worse from other Pizza Hut's, but the staff leave something to be desired. I kept asking if my food was the only order in the heating cabinet, but kept being told it would be out soon. 10 minutes later they asked my name, clearly forgetting my order, and turns out I was right and my order sat around for 10 minutes needlessly.
