Ricardo's Restaurant

A bit too much cheese for my taste but it is a good standard place with a wide variety of options for you to optimistically get a good experience of eating restaurant quality Mexican food with good service. That is what I would go here for is the service. If you want good service come here. Or if you are training your staff to show them an example of how to treat customers.

We go here all the time.

There are a bunch of other places in Factoria and surrounding 'hoods.

But this place is the only one my kids and I seem to want to keep going back to.

We always get a huge table if they aren't busy. There is always easy parking. They make fresh tortillas. The staff ranges from super nice to snarky but always on point.

The food is pretty good too.

Locates in the Factoria neighborhood of Bellevue, this gem offers exquisite cuisine from Mexico. The service is fast and precise. They have an array of margaritas, ranging in size and offer in house made tortillas! The menu is great and the atmosphere is festive. They also have a bar where you can eat and drink. This place is lovely. I took my wife here for her birthday and she loved it.

Stopped by for some food to go, but the prices were just too high for the shrimp dishes we wanted, so just got the tortillas and salsa only. I do love their tortillas/salsa though, it's the BEST!

A solid experience, welcoming staff, and homemade style Mexican food in a casual setting. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the decor is a bit tired, and I agree with other reviewers that the menu truly requires simplification.
On our visit we had the chicken enchiladas and the chicken taquitos. Both were good, loaded with chicken meat, and of course with the American-sized portions, we couldn't finish all of it so we got a box to take home leftovers! They have a full bar and good stock of tequilas as well as mixed drinks and beer, etc. This is a good spot for families, friends, or on a Tuesday date night for sure.
