Rice & Noodles Chinese Kitchen

Went there on a busy mall Sunday but owner and #1 were very nice. Had the chicken chow fun noodles that were delicious, thanks.

I'll start off by saying I'm super picky. One day I was craving a noodle dish. I tried their Singapore noodles and it was super fresh with thin noodles and moist chicken. Excellent flavor. I have not tried their other dishes but their Singapore noodles are bomb!!!! The people that work there are very friendly and professional.

I don't know if people just have ridiculous expectations being on the east side and all but this place has excellent food. The Singapore noodles are the best I've had so far (and we've tried a ton of other Chinese restaurants) they are flavourful with a good proportion of vegetables and protein. The sweet and sour here is how it should be, sticky thick sour sauce with a hint of sweet, my kids love it and always get it when we are in the area. Their fried rice is also great.

Yes the service is what you expect from a food court place: busy. But the folks who run this are lovely and very friendly. If you are looking to be pampered like you would be in a sit down restaurant then this isn't probably what you want. Think street food with the convenience of a food court.

They rarely have someone up front, it's like they don't want people to order food so they don't have to work. But when I miraculously do find someone up when I'm ready to order, the food is fantastic. I always get the garlic honey tofu and it is delicious. Would give five stars if employees were up front and visible and appeared to actually appreciate their business.
