My fiance and I came to the Keg to celebrate our first date just four days before our wedding. I happened to have a birthday coupon for a free dinner but it had expired. Our server, Jessica, and her manager were very accommodating and allowed me to use the coupon even though it was expired. Jessica was very friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. When I got my steak it was not cooked to my medium well specifications and she immediately took the steak to the kitchen to have it cook through. She was very apologetic. Then her manager came out and apologized and returned my birthday coupon and said that my dinner was on him. The fact that my food was not cooked to my specifications was not an issue for me, the team handled it well and I was satisfied. I believe that this team knows how to satisfy customers and will totally be returning to this location. I have been going to the Keg since I was little with my family and have never had a bad experience or bad food. This visit was especially great and memorable.

Chili cheese fries with bacon is my favorite! The twice baked potato melts in your mouth. If you're looking for a casual steakhouse, this is a place you should check out.
