Top Gun Seafood Restaurant

Been here twice, first time was 2/5, second time was 4/5, so averaged was 3/5.

First time: 2/5. We got there right as they opened (on a weekend) (note: parking is extremely limited). We were seated immediately with everyone else who was there. However, the structure of their table layout is like a "U", with the kitchen at one end. We were at the other end. The carts came out, it took like 30 minutes for them to make it to our side, and by that time, they had completely run out of dish variety. Then, when we wanted our bill, it was completely unclear who was taking supposed to give us the bill, and we waited like 15 minutes after asking for the bill before getting our bill.

Second time: 4/5. No issues with lack of food here, went for lunch on a weekday. Had to wait a bit but not too bad (two person party). The food came out, and it was good, but not great. I'm used to really good dim sum from San Gabriel Valley and related places in California, and this was supposed to be the best in the Seattle area, but was disappointing in that regard. However, it is still good, just a bit worse and more expensive than I'm used too :D

Great place. Good price, good dim sum. Always packed at lunch time. Service is pretty decent. My only complaint is the cleanliness. The bathroom is dirty, the floors are dirty. I would like to say the cleanliness is a big deal but I'm still giving a great review of the place.

My review is in the point of view of an Asian wedding. Long story short - it was amazing. The food is top notch starting from the pickles and jelly fish to deep fried crab and shrimp, to stir fried chicken, to steamed chicken, to soup, to lobster, to noodles, to sweet and sour rice to dessert. Basically, all of the food was flavorful and authentic. To top it all off, the staff was extremely accommodating with setting up hours, helping us move and set up, and being kind with helping us clean.

Great food, great service. Even though there were fourteen of us that came in past 11PM, the staff and chef were incredibly charming and hospitable. The food was also incredible. Some of the best Chinese food I've had in the US. The seafood is fresh and perfectly prepared. We especially liked the Honey Walnut Prawns. I would recommend the place to anyone in Seattle wanting some amazing Chinese cuisine.
