Shen jian bao! It's the only place in Seattle to get Shen jiaan bao, literally there are no other places. If u know one let me know. A little over priced but I'm just happy to get that good bao
The pan fried pork soup buns are pretty good. There can be a 20 minute wait for them though so be prepared. The duck egg pancake was fine; could use more salt and would have liked the duck to be fattier, overall more flavorful.
Excellent food. The xiaolongbao (like a dumpling with broth inside) was a little watery, but still plenty flavorful. The jiangbing (sorta a burrito) was incredibly well textured and tasty. It's filling and good stuff.
If you're not used to foreign food, don't be intimidated by all that - It doesn't require you to get used to a whole new flavor palette.
It's easy to order too. There's no front of house - you just tap on a screen to indicate what you want, and get a number. There's a screen indicating which orders they're working on, you pick it up when it's done.
Just try it, it's good stuff.
