Thank you for making our bad experience from the auburn IHOP better. From the lady taking our Togo order down to the manager. You guys are so sweet, so polite and just all around hands down the best. You guys handled everything amazing and made sure we left with smiles on our face and hot food. Thank you again and we will be back for sure.

Excellent. My breaksfast was good the server was fast even when I change few things in the menu. My family was very impressed by the overall service. Well done!

The food here is usually very enjoyable.
The bacon is sometimes too crispy, do if you do not like crispy bacon, I would encourage you to please tell yr server.

On the subject of servers, this location has pretty ok service, I think it depends on the time of day you go.

This restaurant is definitely overpriced, just my opinion, but it is sometimes fun to treat yourself and family.

I would love to add that this location consistently appears to be clean.

I tend to look around at restaurants, for dust, grime, and every time I have been this last year, maybe 3 times, I don't see it!

Food was good, coffee was good, service was good. I really have nothing bad to say about this place at all. It can be very busy but that's why I just went at 1pm. Pretty tasty joint located more in the neighborhoods in federal way than in town. Plenty of people could walk there. Not bad at all ????.
