Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Very kid-friendly, reasonable prices, good variety of menu items. Seated our large party together, quickly served without feeling rushed, menu items familiar to younger athletes away from home, ample portions, and enough "interesting" options to satisfy the adults. It has been my experience traveling with sports teams of younger athletes... the adults tend to want some variety they might not get at home, while the kids want things they recognize, no surprises, especially odd flavors. Both were happy with choices here. Kids look forward to the large milkshakes. Reasonable list of salad dressings and sides. Our only small drawback is the table payment kiosk, barely works, ran out of paper for printed receipt. Prefer a simpler format without more ads and offers. I am already there. They only serve to confuse the process, and leave me wondering what else I have now accidentally signed up for.

I have been to this location quite a few times.
There is Times were my wife and I got almost No service. To a decent service.
If they were consistent with this I would have rated higher.
Last time I came here service and good was amazing.
We came in they were fairly busy so My grandmother and I went and Sst in the Bar and we ordered about 5 minutes later staff was awesome.
Not even 10 minutes later they had our food and our Drinks.

Excellent quality Burger's. Great drinks to choose from. Customer service most of the time are good, but there has been times they are terrible in taking care of you throughout the time your there. But overall I really appreciate it and like it there.

Always pretty happy here. Good service, food is good. The way you do fries now is annoying. Yeah they’re bottomless but you only get a small handful at a time. Seems like waitstaff are basically just having to constantly run the tiny piles of fries all over the restaurant, all.the.time. Probably helps with their bottom line and reduces the overall amount of fries I eat but...I’d prefer larger fries portions less frequently. Parking can be tough here but it’s a family friendly place.
