Food is great, customer service is great. When it comes to Korean barbecue I will only recommend this place. It’s affordable At the same time the workers are nice as well as the owners

I’ve been coming here for years now and have yet to be disappointed. By now I’m sure the employees know my face as well as the company I keep.

This is the perfect place if you want to sit and eat peacefully with your family/friends/etc. Your waitress will take your order and such and (mostly) only come if you buzz the button/wave them over. I personally love the buttons!!

The food is superb and you will leave with a full belly! I stop in at least once a week with my girlfriend!

Good price for all you can eat kkbq but customers service was eh, our waitress seems to be over worked, he pretty much do every thing and super nice. While other workers is like almost careless about you.

This place is really hit or miss for me. I feel like my opinion is skewed since I usually come here with a big group of friends, and thus we're more needy than a smaller group. I'll start with the good. Compared to some of the other Korean BBQ places around here these guys are pretty cheap. Their meats are really good too. We only do all you can eat, and everything they bring out is great. Being able to cook your own food with friends is a nice experience. The sides are also a nice extra. Where the stars fall off is in customer service. There's a slight language barrier, but it's not the worst. The problem is they rarely check up on you. They have a button system they just added, I think, but they come most of the time when you press it, not always. The staff always seem like they don't want to help you with anything. Several times I asked for water (on different occasions) and they left to never return with water, or other things that I've asked for. In general interacting with their staff is very nerve racking. I'd say only come here for the good cheap food and not the service.

I took my wife to dinner to the underground kitchen on a Saturday night. The honey garlic chicken is delicious and amazing. I love the charm of the place being underground also. Fun atmosphere. The staff were polite and attentive. I'm really glad I had to opprtu it to eat here. I will be back.
