Always good. Their shirley temple is not! I think their 7up always taste funny.
Amazing experience. The food was delicious and watching it being prepared was a performance of culinary theatrics and mastery. This place is magical. The women at the front desk were polite and professional, the whole place was pure brilliance. My date combined with this place made my night pure bliss! I had the imperial...Steak, lobster and chicken! ????
We love going here. The food is good and the chefs are entertaining. Hubby made reservations a week ago for a surprise birthday party for me. We had 14 in our party. It was a service charge added to it. We were not sure what it was and didn't have the time right then to question it. Hubby called back today to question it and found out the "service charge" is an 18% tip added for parties over 6. This was NEVER communicated with any of us, then we tipped an additional $30. Not happy with this. They were going to fill the seats anyway, so why did we have to get the extra charge? After reading other reviews, I want to add that they also check IDs to make sure it is your birthday. No problem. However, you only get a $25 discount if you put 4 meals on your bill. I think we will look for a different restaurant from now on.
A little pricey.... 2 kids and a grown up... $100..? Yikes!
Food was good and always has been. Their sushi is incredible as well. Sit at the swanky blue lighted sushi bar.
And.. if your group is 6... they add automatic gratuity.. but they wouldn't give us the birthday discount unless we ordered 4 adult meals... even though we had 3 kids..
Lunch weekdays has the best deals!
Great ambiance, they did get rid of the big salt water fish tank.
It’s not that often when the owner comes out to greet you, and the sushi chef brings out your sushi to your table on Saturday evening. Maybe that is the reason this restaurant has been in Federal Way for 22 years and is still packed. The sushi is exceptionally good and the Dragon Roll easily competes with the one from Umi’s.
