    The food and drinks are great, and the service is almost always great. When the restaurant is crowded (which is very common in Friday and Saturday nights), there can be a long wait for tables and food and extremely loud. But still worth a try, particularly on a quieter night. (21 and over only - no kids!)

    Love this place! It’s a great little local place to have dinner and drinks. All the food I have tried has been so good and the drinks are great too! Definitely recommend

    Had some lovely margaritas. Great staff, good service. I had their burger which is unmissable. Be great for a night out and no kids.

    Hands Down... Best Burger in Town!

    I absolutely love El 42 Cantina! Their food tastes amazing. My favorite is their burgers and their guacamole (which can be put on their burgers). I was pleased with the portion size (generous) and their staff was friendly and attentive. As for atmosphere, I found it to be lively but not loud, as I was able to sit with an old friend and have a long conversation with no trouble hearing. Will keep going back!

    The things they say are spicy are legit spicy. But not unbearable. Even the 10+ star salsa is edible. The nachos are strange. Like pasta sauce and mozzarella on chips... I don't know what's going on with that. Service was good even though they were definitely busy. We both enjoyed our cocktails a lot.
