Tuscan Stone Pizza

Tuscan Stone is like a lot of things in the Seattle Metro - overpriced and underwhelming. BUT it is the best pizza I've found so far near Issaquah. Their cheese actually stretches and even has some flavor. Nice salty oil from the cheese without being greasy. For some reason that's a real problem for other pizza places to accomplish around here. Good quality Salt + Fat = flavor. It ain't hard.

A food van was not the most welcome sight while driving through Issaquah on a rainy evening but it was actually a pleasure. The vegetarian Tuscan was really good eating in the car. The dogs enjoyed a short walk and then a good smell while we waited. The ladies working the oven were pretty entertaining while we stood under the tarps while our dear pizza baked. It definitely worth the oddities and drive.

Unique pizza experience in Pullman. Looking forward to a return visit.

Great pizza, had the smoked pepperoni; it was a little greasy but copious amounts of cheese can definitely cause that. I enjoyed it and will be back again for sure.

Excellent pizza. Got meat lovers with Italian sausage and pepperoni and it wasn't even close to greasy. Highly recommend this place, which we've driven by for years but finally stopped in today.
