“In all honesty, best Panera I have been in a while. The customer service is really great. The runners are very professional. I have been to this specific Panera before and the service had not been top notch. In fact I stopped coming all together. I decided to give them a chance since I am tired of the competition. I am happy I did. Great service. Wonderful bake goods. I cannot attest to their salads or sandwiches because I have no had them but it is a wonderful third place. Kudos to the management!!! I will be back. I did not give them 5 stars because I have not had their food in a while.”

“Clean atmosphere, food tastes authentic. The place serves both veg and non-veg items, so "pure vegetarians" may want to think twice before you visit the place. I am a vegetarian myself, but used to being around people who eat meat, so it was ok. The service is very good, courteous and believe me when I say 'fast', it's almost they know what you want before you step in! Very little wait time. Highly recommend, and will go there again.”

It was really crowded and no place to sit so we ordered the food to be packed for pick up. Just when I was done ordering my husband found a table. I was still at the counter so I asked the lady to change the order from take away to dine-in. I had just placed the order and the lady at the counter said that she could not change it anymore (from take away to dine-in?!?!?) because she had already put it down as a take away for the people preparing the order. I asked a couple of times and she said we could eat in at the restaurant but we would have to unpack the food and eat in the containers. The food hadn’t even started being prepared at that point. The ‘people preparing the order’ were right behind her. My order slip was right there to make any changes. In a way I’m glad we didn’t eat in at the restaurant with such low level of customer service.”

Also this place is conveniently located right next to exit from I-90 so it's a perfect place to stop by and grab something on your way to Snoqualmie!”
